A: MOST Calls are completed in one hour, but with the complexity of computers we can NEVER predict how long a call will take, we an promise we will work as quickly as possible, Our goal is to keep it affordable for the customer.

A: Yes! We do not discriminate against Mac Users.
Q: Are all repairs done in the home?
A: No, Most repairs that can be done in a timely manner are done in the home.
More complex repairs are taken to the shop.

A: We service a 60 mile radius of Hampton, NH.
Q: Will I lose any of my documents?
A: It is the customers responsibility to back up your documents prior to any service,
